Whole 30 on Monday!
Getting ready to start another whole 30 on Monday, this will be my second! I am nervous, I was the first time too so I know I can do it and I know it will be so great for me! I just have to psych myself up to get ready!! One of the tools that will help me is a website called Plan To Eat The best tool for importing recipes automatically from any website or blog! Meal planning and then it creates your shopping list that you can also see on your cell phone so while in the store you just click each item as you put it in the card and it disappears from the list!!! I am going to try and blog everyday for accountability and also to share the recipes I find and enjoy a long the way. If you are on plan to eat you can go to my Whole 30 category and see the recipes I find there too.
Today I dedicated to start prepping some proteins, I roasted 18 chicken legs that will double as a couple of dinners but also the bones will make a big batch of bone broth. I also cooked a big side of salmon that was dinner tonight and the left overs will become a salmon salad to use in salads this week. Tomorrow I am going to clean out my cupboards, roast some squash and make bone broth. 2016 is going to be a great year!
This is going to be good for my whole family, even though they won't be strict whole 30 with me they will be more strictly Paleo than they have been.
